Duties & Responsibilities
Design and Management of Reports and data for the distribution area
In depth analysis of various data types to identify Trends, opportunities and threats in all areas of distribution.
Building Tools to help identify trends on a daily, weekly monthly and annual basis.
Development and maintenance on daily and monthly management tools that covers every aspect of the business and allows for timeous, consistent and appropriate intervention.
Training of staff to use Tools developed for the efficiency Drive
Assist sales force with data queries and assist in building presentations for the sales director
Attending all meetings relevant to Business Intelligence
Ad hoc queries on a daily basis
Ensure that processes are completed within the required SLA
Desired Experience & Qualification
Grade 12 / Matric
Diploma in Programming (.net framework and Excel Macros) or higher (essential)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience
Good understanding of Windows and Network environments
MS office and PC literature
SQL or SQL server knowledge
Basic understanding of computer hardware (A+, N+, S+)
Ability to analyze data for reporting purpose and analyze trends
