You’re a detail-oriented operator with a proven track record in compensation administration and a passion for supporting a global team. As our GTM Compensation Manager, you'll be at the heart of ensuring our sales and customer success teams are rewarded with accuracy and transparency for their hard work. This is a critical role in our newly centralized Revenue Operations team, where you'll be accountable for administering and executing compensation schemes for over 400 people across all Booksy core markets. You will play a crucial part in providing operational feedback and data-driven insights that help improve our compensation design over time.
You'll lead a team of 1-3 admins and work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure smooth, timely payouts. You'll be the go-to expert for all things related to compensation administration, building a culture of accuracy and accountability.
Here's how you’ll make an impact:
- Own the monthly payout cycle. You'll manage the entire monthly process, including calculation, validation, dispute management, and communication. You'll be the key contact for the payroll team to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage tools and automation. You'll act as the business owner of our incentive compensation tools, overseeing configuration, data integrity, and operational workflows. You'll also partner with the GTM Ops/Technology team to triage any issues.
- Provide data-driven insights. You'll track plan performance and deliver reports to key stakeholders like Sales, CS, Finance, and P&C. You'll also identify operational pain points and propose improvements to our processes.
- Lead and develop a team. You'll lead a team of 1-3 admins, building a strong execution capability and fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and excellent service

What you’ll need to be successful:
- You’ll need provable, deep expertise and experience in sales and CS compensation administration.
- Proficiency with compensation tooling like Everstage or CaptivateIQ.
- Proven expertise in monthly payout operations, including dispute resolution and compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with Excel/BI to validate and communicate complex payout processes.
- A collaborative and detail-oriented mindset, with strong cross-functional communication skills.
- This is a fully remote position, we take pride in being a globally distributed team.
