G MASS Consulting is supporting a major transformation initiative for the corporate services arm of one of the world’s leading real estate investment firms, aimed at transitioning the business towards a global operating model.
Our client is seeking experienced professionals to help redesign and optimise their operational workflows. You’ll play a central role in transforming and optimising operations to support the bigger picture of the firm's growth.
You'll be working closely with stakeholders across functions and geographies, you will map, assess and re-engineer critical business processes to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse existing end-to-end operational processes across corporate services functions including - financial reporting, compliance, property management, data management and governance.
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and risks across multiple Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and jurisdictions.
- Design and implement streamlined processes, incorporating automation and technology where possible.
- Develop process maps, operating models and performance metrics to shape a clear vision of future outcomes.
- Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to gain buy-in and embed new ways of working.
- Support change management and training to ensure smooth adoption.
- Strong process engineering and operational excellence expertise (process mapping, optimisation, automation).
- Proven experience in real estate, real estate investment (both highly desirable) or financial services industry.
- Senior-level capability (AVP or equivalent) with the ability to operate independently and at pace.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and performance improvement.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to influence across multiple teams, levels of seniority and geographies.
Initial 12-month FTC, with the expectation to be extended. Paying in the region of £70,000 - £85,000 per annum.
