We’re seeking a Travel Coordinator to assist with organizing and overseeing travel logistics for company trips and events. In this position, you’ll be responsible for gathering quotes from vendors, contacting travel providers, and comparing options to secure the most suitable arrangements. Attendance at the events themselves will not be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and adjust travel plans for participants, including flights, lodging, and local transportation
- Reach out to airlines, hotels, and transport companies to collect details and evaluate choices
- Gather and compare pricing from travel suppliers
- Research and assess potential travel partners and vendors
- Oversee travel budgets, timelines, and related documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in travel planning or coordination
- Strong organizational and research capabilities
- Excellent verbal, written, and negotiation skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Familiarity with budgeting and vendor management
- High attention to detail and capable of working independently
