🔍 Tes principales missions :

🎓 Formation & Développement

Soutien à la gestion du plan de formation (recueil des besoins, recherche de prestataires, suivi budgétaire).
Organisation des sessions de formation collectives et gestion des inscriptions individuelles.
Support logistique et administratif (conventions, convocations, facturation).

📂 Projets RH

Participation à des projets RH transverses et à des plans d’action alignés avec la mission de l’entreprise.

👩‍💻 Recrutement des alternants & stagiaires

Recueil des besoins auprès des managers et rédaction des offres.
Publication des annonces sur différentes plateformes et gestion des candidatures.
Réalisation des préqualifications, entretiens et débriefs avec les managers.
Mise à jour des outils de reporting recrutement.

🚀 Onboarding & Marque Employeur

Contribution aux initiatives d’intégration des nouveaux arrivants.

🛠️ Profil recherché :

Étudiant(e) en Master (Bac+4/Bac+5) en gestion des ressources humaines ou domaine connexe.
Excellentes compétences relationnelles, goût pour le travail collaboratif et sens du service.
Organisé(e), méthodique et rigoureux(se), capable de gérer les priorités et de proposer des améliorations.
Proactif(ve), curieux(se) et motivé(e) pour apprendre.
Discret(ète) et professionnel(le) en toutes circonstances.
Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
Une première expérience en RH (stage ou alternance) serait un plus.

Are you passionate about people, learning, and shaping the workplace of tomorrow? Join our Human Resources team as an HR Intern and gain hands-on experience across a wide range of HR topics. You will actively contribute to key projects while developing your skills in recruitment, training, communication, and HR operations.

Starting date: latest January 2026

Your main responsibilities will include:

🎓 Training & Development

Support in managing the training plan (needs assessment, provider sourcing, and budget monitoring).
Organize group training sessions and manage individual registrations.
Provide logistical and administrative support (agreements, convocations, invoicing).

📂 HR Projects

Participate in cross-team HR projects and action plans aligned with the company’s mission.

👩‍💻 Recruitment of Apprentices & Interns

Collect hiring needs from managers and draft job postings.
Publish offers on various platforms and manage applications.
Conduct pre-qualifications, interviews, and debriefs with managers.
Keep recruitment reporting tools up to date.

🚀 Onboarding & Employer Branding

Contribute to onboarding initiatives for new joiners.

🛠️ The experience you bring

You are a Master’s student (Bac+4/Bac+5) in Human Resources Management or a related field.
You have strong interpersonal skills, enjoy working collaboratively, and demonstrate a strong sense of service.
Organized, methodical, and rigorous, you know how to manage priorities effectively and bring forward ideas for improvement.
You are proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
You act with discretion and professionalism at all times.
You are fluent in written and spoken English and French.
Ideally, you already have some first experience in HR (internship or apprenticeship).
