The Senior Marketing Executive will be vital in the continued success of the world's first interactive football venue by supporting all marketing campaigns and strategies. The responsibilities of this role will be broad and varied, and perfect for someone who is looking to grow their marketing career. The successful candidate will deliver our marketing strategy across a mix of key marketing channels including Social Media, Email, PR, and Paid Media, ensuring consistency with the brand whilst adapting for local relevance and impact.The ideal candidate will have a hands-on mindset, strong commercial focus, and a passion for hospitality, brand and guest experience. Football knowledge, specifically within the French Ligue 1 is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a hospitality-based or competitive socialising venue.
Role Scope & Responsibilities:
Social Media:
- Managing TOCA Social Paris’s social media pages across Instagram and TikTok with the support of an agency
- Staying on top of trends and creating content to attract and engage our target audiences
- Working with teammates in the venue to create assets to use on social media and our website
Paid Media & PR:
- Working with our Paid agency, managing local paid campaigns across Meta, Search and TikTok
- Management of local PR listings
- Being the key point of contact for venues with regards to marketing collateral/materials.
Strategy & Reporting:
- Management of local email marketing campaigns
- Marketing performance tracking, analysis and reporting
- Owning the marketing calendar, ensuring the business is able to leverage all potential opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Fluency in French and English, ideally with a background of living, studying or working in the UK.
- 3+ years’ experience in a leisure or hospitality marketing role
- Experience using Meta, Search, TikTok for paid advertising
- Experience with CRM systems and email marketing
- An unbeatable passion for Marketing
- Proven experience of collaborative working relationships, being a team player is key
- Flexibility to work outside fixed business hours (e.g. mornings, evenings and weekends)
- Sense of humour and capacity to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic organisation.
- A proactive individual, able to bring the journey to life!
- A creative and enthusiastic mindset. Someone who is willing to try to find new and better ways to do things - thinking outside of the box!
- Strong copywriting and creative skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and at pace, overcoming challenges with a positive attitude
- An excellent communicator who embraces differences and is respectful of everyone
- Hubspot experience is desired but not essential
- Videography, photography and photoshop knowledge is desired but not essential
