We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join Norgine.
The person holding this position will report to the Head of Commercial.
MAIN PURPOSE:
Overall responsible for sales & marketing administration of assigned brands for the entire Nordic area, in agreement and under supervision of line Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Provide administrational sales & marketing support to the RX Unit
• Provide high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Responsible for processes related to exhibitions, Norgine-initiated meetings and congresses, including
o Approval and filing of relevant documents
o PO, invoice and speaker’s fees management
o Notifications to pharmaceutical bodies
o Other administrative tasks related to the above activities
• Responsible for preparing documentation regarding Transfer of Value.
• Ensure that all activities are compliant with applicable codes, Norgine standards, internal processes relating to the promotion of the Norgine products, provisions of information to patients and the public and relationships with patient groups.
• Updating and maintaining the Business Unit’s documentation and databases incl archive.
• Administrating the Business Unit´s contracts, PO:s and invoices in cooperation with Norgine finance department.
• Contribute to other administrative projects in agreement with line manager.
• Being backup for other administrational roles in Norgine Nordics.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
• Relevant experience from the pharmaceutical or related industry
• Experience in sales and marketing administration
• Knowledge of GDPR regulations and code of conduct in marketing & sales
• Ability to utilise various digital tools and platforms
• Flexibility and adaptability, able to adopt to changing business priorities
• Drive, ability to implement plans, result focus
• High engagement and Self-motivation
• Social skills:
o Proactive and diplomatic, ‘can do’ attitude
o Team work
o Ability to interact at all levels and build trustworthy relationships within the company, with customers and stakeholders
o Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in Scandinavian language and English (oral and written)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
