Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the parts department team, ensuring a culture of accountability and service excellence.
- Manage stock levels and inventory turnover, balancing availability and obsolescence risk.
- Drive sales initiatives and revenue growth through strategic planning and team engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports, analyze performance metrics, and implement continuous improvements.
- Maintain compliance with company and local safety standards.

- Strong background in parts sales, forecasting, and inventory management.

- Valid driver’s licence (Class 6 and 4 advantageous).
