Introduction
Falcorp Technologies is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and deliver complex IT and business projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, while managing teams and stakeholder expectations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize disruptions.
- Communicate project status, changes, and risks effectively to stakeholders and senior management.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and governance forums.
- Ensure projects comply with organizational standards, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), and quality requirements.
- Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in IT project management or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience leading projects in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Exposure to tools and platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R, Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or Google Cloud AI
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are highly desirable.
- Proven track record managing medium to large-scale projects successfully.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or similar).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in telecommunications, financial services, or insurance industries will be advantageous.
