Marketing Manager - Salonized
Sitting within the Treatwell Group, Salonized is a market-leading salon management platform helping beauty and wellness businesses run and grow effortlessly. With thousands of users across Europe, we empower salon owners to manage appointments, payments, clients, and marketing — all in one place.
We’re entering an exciting phase of growth — expanding our markets, scaling acquisition, and deepening customer value. We’re looking for a data-driven, commercially minded but highly customer centric Marketing Manager to accelerate this journey.
As the Salonized Marketing Manager, you’ll own both new SaaS user acquisition, recurring revenue targets and ARPU growth within our existing customer base. You’ll drive the full marketing funnel — from lead generation and nurturing through conversion, engagement, and retention. Driven by customer insights and centricity, you’ll collaborate closely with Market leadership, CRM, Product Marketing, and the Product teams to craft compelling go-to-market campaigns, optimize conversion flows, and unlock cross- and upsell opportunities across revenue streams.
This role is highly analytical and performance-led — perfect for someone who thrives on metrics, loves experimentation, and wants to make a measurable commercial impact.
You will be responsible for:
- Refine and own the Salonized brand positioning, sentiment and journey.
- Own lead generation strategy, full funnel, and execution for key markets (primarily BNL) working closely with the rest of the Growth Team to ensure alignment with other Treatwell Group activities in the market
- Build, nurture, and recycle leads effectively through the funnel, working closely with the relevant sales leadership in the markets.
- Partner with CRM and Product Marketing teams to increase ARPU and retention via cross-sell, upsell, lifecycle and feature adoption campaigns.
- Work closely with the Product organisation to plan and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new features and market entries - translating product updates into clear, value-driven customer propositions and campaigns.
- Be obsessively data-led — track, measure, and report on performance across acquisition, engagement, and monetisation.
- Develop a strong understanding of user behaviour and funnel performance to identify growth levers.
- React quickly to market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity with responsive campaigns.
- Work closely with the customer research and service teams to bring the voice of the Salonized customer to the forefront of all core decisions
About You:
- Proven track record of lead generation, funnel optimisation, and data-driven performance marketing.
- 4–7 years’ experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally within a growth or lifecycle marketing role.
- Experience owning metrics such as ARR, ARPU, MQLs, and conversion rates.
- Deep comfort with analytics and marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, GA4, Looker, etc.).
Strong understanding of CRM, product marketing, and go-to-market processes.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills — able to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and data teams.
Fluent in Dutch and English (French ideal)
