The role
We are looking for a driven and strategic Marketing Executive to lead our go-to market efforts promoting LEAP’s Enterprise software solutions, SOS, and LEAP Enterprise, to large law firms, typically over 80 users.
This is a fixed-term maternity cover for 12 months, with the possibility of an extension. A retention bonus will be awarded upon successful completion.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the development and execution of targeted marketing strategies tailored to enterprise law firms, building relevance, deepening customer engagement, and driving growth.
Reporting directly to the LEAP UK Head of Marketing and working in close partnership with the Enterprise Business Development Manager and wider marketing team, this role is central to growing the LEAP Enterprise division's brands, delivering effective client communication while complementing LEAP’s established market presence.
You will ensure the brands are positioned effectively within existing marketing activity and engage with media, event organisers, and consultants to drive demand generation, support sales and onboarding, and strengthen brand awareness.
Working Pattern & Location
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
This is a hybrid role based at our Battersea office, with three days in the office and two days working from home each week.
What you'll do
Marketing strategy & execution
- Plan and deliver marketing activity that targets the enterprise audience effectively and communicates essential messaging, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand objectives.
- Explore and implement appropriate routes to market and continuously improve marketing communications and campaign effectiveness.
Campaign & channel management
- Develop and manage online advertising campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and performance.
- Lead the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns targeting both clients and new business opportunities.
- Build and implement a social media plan, ensuring content is timely, engaging, and on-message.
Event & community engagement
- Coordinate and deliver LEAP Enterprise events when required, including webinars and physical/virtual events.
- Ensure LEAP’s visibility and engagement at relevant professional events, representing the brand consistently and professionally.
Client communications
- Plan and deliver all client-facing communications, including newsletters, webinar promotions, across all LEAP Enterprise Division products. Performance

What you'll bring
Essential skills:
- Minimum of 3 years in a comparable end-to-end marketing role, involving strategy, execution, and reporting.
- Proven experience in planning and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns, with measurable impact.
- Proficient knowledge of Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Pardot (or similar marketing automation tools).
- Proficient use of Canva or similar graphic design tools
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and persuasive messaging.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing and collaborating with a range of stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels.
Desirable skills:
- A genuine interest in technology, IT, or software products and services.
- Exposure to brand management principles and brand guardianship practices.
- Relevant marketing qualifications (e.g., CIM, degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field).
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and analytics platforms, such as Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hootsuite, and Semrush.
