We are seeking a highly motivated and discreet Lead Accountant, Global Financial & Fiduciary Services, to join our elite team. This hybrid role is the bridge between our global trade operations and our bespoke concierge consulting services, focusing heavily on financial stewardship, international compliance, and premium client advisory. The successful candidate will manage all corporate financial and accounting activities while acting as the primary financial fiduciary for a select portfolio of clients, ensuring their cross-border financial and statutory needs are met with precision and absolute discretion. Qualifications
- A minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in international corporate finance or a similar fiduciary environment.
- CPA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent professional designation is mandatory.
- Proven expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Expertise with advanced ERP systems and financial modeling.
- Demonstrable knowledge of cross-border taxation and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to exercise Absolute Fiduciary Discretion in all client and company matters.
- Exceptional skills in Impeccable Client Trust-Building and communication.
- Track record of success in Complex Problem Synthesis under pressure.
Additional Information
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all internal financial operations, including P&L, forecasting, and cash flow under IFRS standards.
- Lead the preparation and audit of consolidated financial statements for multi-jurisdictional entities.
- Ensure strict adherence to international tax compliance (e.g., FATCA, CRS) and manage regulatory relationships.
- Develop and implement robust internal financial controls, processes, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the trusted financial advisor for the company, managing complex transactions.
- Provide expert guidance on the financial implications of international trade deals and logistics structures.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professional integrity in handling sensitive client transactions.
