Your career at Deutsche Börse GroupYour area of work As a Working Student - Cyber Risk Management Business Support, you will join the Information Risk Management team at Deutsche Börse Group. As a global function, IS Risk Management is responsible for safeguarding information assets by ensuring their Integrity, Confidentiality, Authenticity, and Availability. This is achieved through the enforcement of information security controls aligned with relevant regulatory ICT requirements and the international ISO/IEC 27000-series standards for Information Security Management Systems.
In this role, you will actively contribute to the identification, analysis, monitoring, and reporting of information risks. You will also support continuous process improvements and automation initiatives. Beyond gaining valuable hands-on experience in Information Security, you will have the opportunity to engage with the Deutsche Börse Group and build a network that includes both divisional and executive-level management.
Your responsibilities: - You will support the team in the planning, execution and monitoring of the Information Risk Management process
- You will draft, review and evaluate documentation such as processes, procedures and guidelines
- You will operate and maintain the Risk Register, and liaise with our business counterparts on business matters
- You will assist the leadership with a variety of analytical, reporting and administrative tasks
- You will independently track, monitor and administer project-related activities
Your profile: - You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a related field, and have successfully completed at least two semesters
- You have a strong interest in Cyber Security, particularly in understanding how to balance the protection of confidentiality, integrity, and availability in terms of an effective and efficient risk management system
- You possess solid skills in MS Office - prior experience with PowerBI or similar is an asset
- You are a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in German is an advantage
