Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Nominated Officers Team Researcher/Analyst to join our organisation in Sheffield, United Kingdom. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis to support our nominated officers team in making informed decisions and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Conduct comprehensive research on various topics related to corporate governance and regulatory requirements
- Analyze complex datasets using advanced statistical methods and tools
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings and recommendations
- Collaborate with the nominated officers team to identify areas for improvement in organizational processes
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to keep the team informed of potential impacts
- Develop and maintain databases to track and analyze key performance indicators
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and compliance reports
- Provide analytical support for strategic decision-making processes
- Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures
Qualifications
- Proven experience in research and analysis roles, preferably in a corporate or regulatory environment
- Excellent data analysis skills and experience working with large datasets
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to conduct both qualitative and quantitative research
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of corporate governance structures and regulatory compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting and filing processes is a plus
