Your profile
We are looking for a Processing Supervisor with proven leadership experience in production or post-harvest processing operations. The ideal candidate excels at managing teams, ensuring product quality, and overseeing all processing workflows from raw materials to finished goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily cultivation activities including planting, growing, and harvesting to meet production goals
- Maintain plant health and environmental conditions
- Manage and mentor cultivation staff
- Oversee proper functioning of cultivation equipment and facilities
- Maintain compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and best industry practices
- Keep accurate records of cultivation activities and report on performance and challenges
- Identify and address risks and implement preventive measures for smooth cultivation workflows
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in cultivation operations, ideally in cannabis cultivation
- Strong knowledge of plant biology, pest and nutrient management, and environmental control
- Ability to manage and mentor a team effectively
- Fluency in English, professional command of French and/or Spanish is an advantage
- Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to cultivation environments
