We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated B2C Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our new ConneX app. This is a ground-floor opportunity for an individual with a startup mentality who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our B2C audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media (paid and organic), search (SEO/SEM), email marketing, and content marketing.
- Utilize data and analytics to optimize campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on ROI.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize reach and conversion.
Go-to-Market & App Launch:
- Lead the development and execution of the ConneX app's go-to-market strategy, including localized campaigns.
- Create compelling messaging and a unique value proposition for the target B2C audience.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ensure a seamless user experience and align marketing efforts with product features.
User Acquisition & Retention:
- Identify and target key user segments and develop tailored marketing funnels to drive user sign-ups and downloads.
- Implement strategies to increase user engagement and reduce churn.
- Develop and manage ASO to improve app visibility and conversion rates on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
Brand Building:
- Establish and grow the ConneX brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
- Manage community engagement and influencer marketing to build a strong, loyal user base.
You'll bring with you:
B2C Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in B2C marketing, with a proven track record of successfully launching and growing consumer products.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with a wide range of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media ad managers, marketing automation software).
App Experience: Prior experience in marketing for a mobile app, including ASO, user acquisition, and retention strategies.
AI Proficiency: Experience using AI-powered tools (e.g. content generators, image editors, data analysis platforms) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
