About The Job
We’re looking for a talented and driven Digital Product Designer to join our team.
You’ll be responsible for designing and building user-focused digital platforms, products, and services across a variety of industries. You’ll help shape ideas from concept to launch, combining creativity, strategy, and a strong sense of design to craft experiences that are both functional and visually striking.
A solid understanding of AI-driven design tools and how to use automation to enhance your workflow will be key for this role.
What You'll Do
- Bring client visions to life through research, benchmarking, sketching, prototyping, and user testing.
- Participate in design thinking and co-creation workshops to align teams and define product goals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across UX, strategy, and development.
- Use AI-assisted tools and workflows to accelerate ideation, testing, and iteration.
- Understand business requirements and technical constraints to guide design decisions.
- Make strategic UX and UI decisions for both new and existing features.
- Identify pain points and craft thoughtful, user-friendly solutions.
- Translate ideas and user stories into flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Create visually compelling interfaces that elevate the overall user experience.
- Build and evolve design systems that scale consistently across digital products.
- Have 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer in a digital agency.
- Understand and apply end-to-end UX and UI design processes.
- Have experience using AI and design automation tools to improve efficiency and creativity.
- Are confident designing mobile-first and responsive experiences.
- Are creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
- Are proficient in Figma, and other collaboration tools.
- Communicate clearly—both visually and verbally. (Arabic is a plus.)
- Have an impressive portfolio that showcases your design process and outcomes.
