Entity Description
The Head Office groups together the main cross-functional functions (marketing, legal, finance, human resources, shareholder relations, communication, etc.). The corporate teams define strategies in their field of expertise and provide assistance and advice to the various Group entities.To fulfill its missions and to reflect the diversity of the Group, the Head Office is increasingly multicultural and has an international vocation.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? During your internship, with the support of your manager, you will be able to work on supporting the Talent Management team, you will be given the following main tasks:Talent Management performance Talent processes include Talent Identification, Performance management, Talent Reviews, Mentoring and Coaching, and Exit interviews. We , as Talent manager, lead these processes across the world, and monitor their performance.
Your role will be to support the Talent Management Directors in improving the performance of these Air Liquide practices on talent development.
The main missions include :
- People Analytics :
- conduct data analysis on key populations, such as Technical Experts, High potential, key competencies
- Highlight trends and key points
- Build Dashboards
- Track the Performance of the Key processes :
- Exit interviews, Career discussions and Performance management (how are we doing / what are the trends)
- Prepare communication on results for the monthly/quarterly Talent Managers team meetings
- Conduct Benchmarking analysis on Talent Management best practices
- Develop Talent Management standards and policies

You have some professional experience.

The internship takes place in the Group's historic headquarters in the center of Paris on the Quai d'Orsay.

Duration: 6 months
Remuneration: depending on profile (between €1300 and €1600/month)
