Location: Hybrid - London Office, SW6 4NZ (2 days remote)

The Adzuna platform uses cutting-edge programmatic and AI tools optimising billions of data points which you’ll be using to deliver great results for a diverse base of employers across the European recruitment industry, including some of the largest employers worldwide.
You’ll be a key player in our dynamic Campaign Delivery team of 8, working and coordinating with our customers and internal International, UK, Marketing, and Product teams. The Delivery team is a crucial element of the company’s efficient and organised processes.

Helping us deliver high-quality jobs to millions of monthly users on our platform
Leading the optimisation and coordination of recruitment campaigns
Delighting our clients and partners through clear and efficient communication
Campaign Management
Optimising performance recruitment campaigns to achieve the desired client’s KPIs
Acting as a consultant to other teams internally, at times liaising directly with major clients
Support the successful onboarding of new clients
Providing timely budget forecasts, analysis and quotes
Working closely with marketing and sales to identify opportunities and maximise revenue and budget delivery
Working with tracking tools like pixels and url parameters, and collaborating with tech, client and sales to understand and optimise results
Testing new channels and approaches, whilst measuring and improving performance and efficiency to maximise revenue growth
