We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead and deliver operational improvement initiatives within our Aberdeen-based team. This hybrid role blends strategic business analysis with hands-on project management, offering the opportunity to shape impactful solutions across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for business analysis and quality assurance processes.
- Continuously refine business and operational workflows to enhance efficiency, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and solve business challenges using IT, IM, and emerging technologies.
- Develop solution proposals with clear cost-benefit analysis and implementation plans.
- Model current and future business processes, identifying pain points and improvement opportunities.
- Define solution specifications and lead changes across processes, technology, and organisational structures.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines.
- Drive adoption of solutions and ensure realisation of planned benefits.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships through professional communication and influence.
- Negotiate and agree on sustainable, secure, and cost-effective solutions with business and IT stakeholders.
- Proven experience in both Business Analysis and Project Management.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
