During your internship, you will support our HR team across all stages of the employee lifecycle and take ownership of your first HR projects. You’ll contribute to creating an inspiring and engaging work environment that makes a positive impact on both our employees and leadership team.

As a versatile member of the HR team, no two days will be the same! You’ll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of HR activities and have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and make a real impact. Here’s what you can expect:
- Support employee onboarding - help new hires get off to a great start by preparing their first-day experience and making them feel welcome on their first day.
- Contribute to HR communications - assist in drafting internal announcements, managing the HR inbox, and responding to day-to-day employee queries.
- Get involved in HR administration and reporting - support HRIS management, help with policy navigation, and contribute to reporting activities.
- Take ownership of ad-hoc HR projects - bring your ideas and creativity to the table and help drive initiatives from concept to completion.
- Develop your recruitment skills - assist with screening CVs and take part in interviews for future interns.
- You are a final-year student who requires a mandatory internship, studying Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have some prior HR or recruitment experience to build upon.
- You are fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills (other languages are a plus).
- You are an EU resident or have a valid work and residence permit for the Netherlands.
- You are available for a minimum of 6-12 months on a full-time basis.
