Full-time | Installation & Service | Travel Required
We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established irrigation supply and installation company servicing high-value agricultural clients across Victoria and Tasmania.
They’re looking for a skilled Irrigation Technician who can take plans and turn them into working, efficient systems on farms. This is a hands-on, field-based role for someone who understands both the technical and practical sides of modern irrigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission irrigation systems (pivot, drip, sprinkler, sub-surface and filtration)
- Read and interpret design drawings and execute installations accurately
- Suggest on-site adjustments or improvements to boost performance and efficiency
- Carry out system testing, troubleshooting and repairs
- Work directly with clients and provide basic training and support
- Collaborate with in-house design and project teams
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience with agricultural irrigation installation and service
- Strong understanding of pumps, hydraulics, filters, valves and control systems
- Ability to read and work from technical plans
- Practical, solutions-driven mindset
- Current driver’s licence and ability to travel between VIC & TAS as required
