TEAM ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (FULL-TIME, REMOTE – UK-BASED)
Location: Remote (UK-based) with London or Hertfordshire-based applicants preferred for monthly in-person team meet-ups

Founded by professional ballerina Isabella McGuire Mayes, our mission is to empower dancers of all levels to thrive through expert coaching, international intensives, and transformative retreats.
Rooted in the Vaganova method and delivered with heart, we’re building a space where discipline meets artistry, and progress is measured in both pirouettes and personal growth. As our community expands, we’re looking for a friendly, capable Team Administrative Assistant to join us and help keep our operations flowing smoothly behind the scenes.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
This role is for someone who thrives on organisation, loves systems, and finds joy in helping things run beautifully. You’ll be the glue that holds our team and logistics together — managing inboxes, supporting events, and keeping everything on track.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Being the first point of contact for student and customer enquiries (via email and web)
· Coordinating our schedule of online intensives, international retreats, and team meetings
· Keeping our digital filing systems tidy and up to date
· Managing invoices, payments, and tracking admin
· Assisting with our email newsletters, content planning, and occasional social scheduling
· Organising important records like contracts, attendance sheets, and registration forms
· Supporting the team with retreat logistics (venue bookings, welcome packs, checklists)
· Communicating with brand partners, sponsors, and vendors
· General admin support — from data entry to calendar management to file organisation
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You're someone who loves a good spreadsheet, gets a kick out of checking things off a to-do list, and enjoys working with a small, tight-knit team doing meaningful work.
Ideally, you are:
· Based in or near London / Hertfordshire (so we can meet in person 1–2 times a month)
· Experienced — at least 1–2 years in admin, operations, or assistant roles
· Friendly, clear, and confident in written and verbal communication
· Exceptionally organised with an eye for detail
· Tech-savvy — you’re comfortable using Microsoft Office, Zoom, Asana, and Canva
· Self-motivated and reliable in a remote team environment
· Interested in the arts, wellness, or creative industries (a plus, not a must!)
BONUS SKILLS (NOT ESSENTIAL, BUT LOVELY TO HAVE!)
· Familiarity with scheduling and payment tools like Stripe
· Experience working in a small or creative business
· Light experience with content writing, Canva design, or email marketing tools
