What You’ll Do
Develop and Execute Growth Strategy: Own the full growth funnel (AARR) by driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth through multi-channel strategies.
Retention & Lifecycle Marketing: Build and optimize retention channels, with a strong focus on CRM, marketing automation, and lifecycle campaigns to maximize engagement and LTV.
Build Brand Authority: Establish the company as the leader in the TCG space through compelling storytelling, community engagement, and thought leadership.
Community-Driven Growth: Foster relationships with influencers, competitive players, collectors, and investors to cultivate an active, loyal community.
Digital and Performance Marketing: Scale growth through digital campaigns, SEO, SEM, social media, and partnerships to maximize reach and ROI.
Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics to understand user behavior, optimize campaigns, and guide strategic decisions.
