Job Description
This is NOT a remote working role, you will be required to have eligibility to live/work in Ceuta.
Job Purpose:
The Digital Graphic Designer will be responsible for analysing and improving YoBrands’ existing offsite acquisition-focused channels and comms as well as for designing new ones on demand. This role will also be responsible for creating inspiring and captivating visuals... for on- and offsite promotional campaigns, CRM, social media, programmatic, affiliates and other channels for our brands for the Spanish and Portuguese market.
Main Accountabilities& Responsibilities:
As a Digital Graphic Designer, you should:
- Participate in meetings and stand-ups reporting changes and progress.
- Act as a guardian of the brands and ensure consistent design quality.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, CRM, TECH and other teams to deliver brand-consistent Customer Journeys through the designs you provide.
- Prioritize workload according to business goals and ensure deadlines are met.
- Work with the Commercial team on promotional concepts and produce high-quality designs.
- Design, maintain and optimize our brands’ acquisition channels such as Social Media, Landing Pages, Blogs, and Newsletters.
- Develop all types of graphic content (in multiple formats) across all channels and brands: Graphic support with the promotional visuals such as banners, ads, landing page assets, internal marketing, video, and social media content.
- Collaborate in the creation and optimization of Brand Manuals & Guidelines.
- Collaborate in the improvement and animation of our brand mascot (Blender & AI)
Relevant characteristics:
- Proven digital design experience.
- Excellent knowledge of market leading design programs.
- 3D design skills (nice to have).
- Task management skills.
- Self-managed working on their own.
- Desire to learn and to propose new ideas.
- Curiosity.
Qualifications
Technical skills and hands on experience on as many of the following:
- Digital graphic design focused training
- Experience creating and optimizing images with AI tools (e.g., Freepik, Firefly, Adobe AI tools, MidJourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion), applying them to marketing and brand campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of task tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
- Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, Express)
- Knowledge of Premiere or After Effects or other animation tools
- WordPress and/or other CMS knowledge
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Ability to multitask and to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Spanish with good English knowledge
- Knowledge of Portuguese (oral and written) will be considered a strong asset for supporting our upcoming market expansion
Having some experience working with:
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- 3D design (Blender or similar)
- Familiarity with Figma (or similar collaborative design tools)
