Pinely is looking for a proactive and creative Internal Communications & Event Manager to join our Amsterdam office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, creating an engaging atmosphere, organizing events, and bringing company culture to life.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of company-wide events (summer and winter corporate parties);
- Oversee internal communications and corporate culture development in the Amsterdam office;
- Organize office events: monthly activities, team-building events, and themed celebrations;
- Organize offsite events for team leads and C-level management;
- Manage onboarding for new employees: welcome sessions, introductory presentations, and guidance through internal processes and company culture;
- Maintain and update internal communication tools such as Notion, brand book, welcome packs, and branded merchandise;
- Manage the company’s social media channels and website, ensuring consistent brand tone, engaging content, and up-to-date information.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in internal communications, event management, or HR marketing;
- Proven experience in developing and executing end-to-end events - from concept and planning to full delivery;
- Strong project management and self-organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with teams at all levels;
- Attention to detail, accountability, and a proactive approach to work;
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
