Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Server to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive, efficient, and friendly service.
- Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner
- Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverage offerings
- Take accurate orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure tables are properly set and maintained throughout service
- Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth service flow
- Anticipate and address guest needs proactively
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Assist with side work and closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English; ability to speak, read, and understand the language
- Basic math skills for handling cash and credit transactions
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Knowledge of food and beverage items, including common allergens
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
- Ability to balance and carry a full service tray comfortably
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Clean and professional appearance
- Must be able to pass a background check

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
- Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
- Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting.
- Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps.
Visa Requirements: Must be legally permitted to work in Egypt.
