We are looking for a Cloud Service Manager for our Cloud Team and their tasks will be:
Responsible for overseeing the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of cloud services across the organization. He/she will act as the bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and service providers to ensure that cloud services meet agreed-upon SLAs, compliance standards, and business needs. The mission is to drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and innovation in cloud service management.
Requisitos
Must requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud service delivery or IT service management
- Proven experience managing cloud services in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of cloud operations, SLAs, and service lifecycle management
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Used to follow up and coordinate operation tasks
- Required technical skills: Deep knowledge of cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and cloud governance and Service delivery manager (BAU/Run)
- Proficiency in service performance monitoring and reporting
- Familiarity with cost optimization and cloud financial management (FinOps)
- Understanding of cloud security, compliance, and risk management
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes
Optionals technical skills:
- Certifications: ITIL v4, PMP, FinOps Certified Practitioner
- Experience with multi-cloud environments and hybrid cloud strategies
- Exposure to agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of contract and vendor management
- Background and experiences: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Equivalent experience and certifications may be considered in lieu of formal education
Technical environnement : ITSM Tools: ServiceNow, Jira Service Management
Monitoring & Reporting: Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, Grafana, Power BI
Frameworks: ITIL, COBIT, ISO 20000, ISO 27001
