Job Description
Day to Day Duties
- Supporting the Helicopter Director and team with their portfolio of clients
- Developing an expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process
- Supplier relationship management
- Managing private charter bookings from enquiry to post-flight report on behalf of the Group Helicopter Director
- Flight watching/overseeing flight departures/arrivals
- Coordinate with the airlines / airport / clients for the flight operation
- Building relationships with airlines worldwide
- Update the customer for the flight operation
** Please note: This role will support the team for 18months with the view that after this period you will train to become a full-fledged Helicopter Charter Sales Broker**
Qualifications
Whether you have previous sales experience, a customer-facing background, or simply a passion for sales and self-development, if you’re motivated, organized, and eager to grow, we want to hear from you!
- Previous experience working in a customer facing role is essential
- Airline or airport experience is desired
- Excellent customer service skills, client focused with the ability to build strong relationships
- Exceptional communication skills - fluency in a second language is an advantage
- Ambitious, motivated and willing to learn new skills & industry
- Hardworking and flexible, this role is not simply 9-5
- Organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Comfortable working towards KPIs and targets
- *MUST be able to travel frequently & often at short notice*
- Must hold a full UK driver’s license
Additional Information
Based in this location, you will receive a starting salary of £35,000 per annum.
