We are building out a world-class Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team to support our rapid global growth. We’re looking for a high-calibre FP&A Analyst with a background in investment banking, private equity, or top-tier In house strategy/finance roles. This is a rare chance to move from advisory into operating, where you’ll help shape the trajectory of one of the most ambitious multinational SaaS platforms in the market. You’ll be in the engine room of strategic decision-making, with daily exposure to senior leadership and a clear path to accelerated career growth while at the same time making a big green dent in the world.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Modelling: Build and maintain and operate complex, dynamic financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and valuation analysis.Performance Analysis: Drive deep analysis of business performance (ARR growth, churn, customer economics, unit costs) and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.Executive Materials: Prepare high-quality analysis and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Business Partnering: Collaborate with commercial, product, and operations leaders to align financial outcomes with strategic initiatives.Operational Excellence: Continuously refine reporting, metrics, and KPIs to improve transparency, accountability, and decision-making across a multinational business.Partnering with the wider finance team: Update data inputs into the model from the wider finance team
About You
Background: 2–4 years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, or top-tier corporate finance/FP&A.Technical Strength: Exceptional Excel and modelling skillsAnalytical Rigor: Ability to distil complex data into clear insights and recommendations; comfortable dealing with ambiguity and incomplete data.Commercial Mindset: Pragmatic, curious, and comfortable challenging assumptions to get to the right answer.Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; able to create board-ready materials.Drive: Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
