Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to analyze historical collection data.
- Develop predictive models to forecast debtor behavior, default rates, and prioritize collection strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize collection strategies and improve recovery efficiency.
- Create visually informative dashboards and reports to present insights to stakeholders.
- Monitor and refine collection strategies based on performance metrics and market dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and modeling.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques.
- Experience working in a collections or finance-related domain is highly preferred.
