Job Description
- Support clients through phone calls, emails, and chat to help them access company resources.
- Build positive relationships with clients to develop and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Provide virtual online learning support and orientation on our services and tools.
- Maintain customer feedback records for development and improvement purposes.
- Submit tickets, complaints, and customer concerns to stakeholders.
- Implement communication plans with clients as needed from different departments.
- Work in shifts and rotational.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service or related fields.
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Very good communication skills.
