Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Panel Work
a. Supervise and lead our sensory panels
b. Recruit, train, manage and motivate sensory panellists
c. Preparation of tests (organisation of sessions, & samples, preparation of test questionnaires)
d. Conduct sessions (descriptive profiling, temporal assessment and discrimination testing)
e. In direct contact with clients to organize the panels and debrief over sessions
f. Assist with statistical analysis and data visualisation
g. Support with writing reports for the client
h. Follow-up and control of panelists’ performance
i. Participation in the quality assurance process
2. People:
a. Work closely with other members of our sensory and research team and the Data Solutions Hub
3. Strategy:
Ensuring that ongoing activities and projects adhere to the company's strategic guidelines
Qualifications
- University degree, ideally in food science, social sciences, psychology, statistics or economics
- Experience in project management and/or running a sensory panel would be desirable
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French. English is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
- Rigorous, responsive and proactive
- Strong organisational and planning skills, that ensure work is effectively prioritised to meet deadlines
