Procurement is a major contributor to the Group's performance. In order to accelerate and strengthen its contribution to the Group's objectives, Europe Procurement has undertaken a significant transformation of its mindset, organization, purchasing strategies, processes, and tools in recent years, focusing on developing greater collaboration with operations and leveraging the contributions of our suppliers.
To continue this transformation, Europe Procurement has launched a project to streamline its processes. This initiative aims to simplify and optimize several key processes (procure-to-order, contract management, tool support, master data, and supplier relationship management) across all procurement operations in Europe, while ensuring alignment with best practices and improving overall efficiency.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Integrated into our Procurement team, you will actively participate in structuring and innovative projects, and your main missions will include:
- Participate in the definition and implementation of the strategic procurement roadmap
- Manage and coordinate field actions to ensure the achievement of project objectives
- Support the implementation of digital tools to optimize procurement processes and improve the user experience
- Formalize and structure communication materials and key project deliverables
