Job Description
We're looking for a Data Analyst/Analytics Engineer to join our team. You'll play a key role in helping us turn raw data into actionable insights and robust data products.
What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain our data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand their needs and provide them with the data and insights they require.
- Create dynamic and insightful dashboards using Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep-dive analysis using Python or R to uncover trends and patterns that drive strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a data-focused role.
- Mid-to-advanced SQL skills are a must.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis libraries in Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) or R.
- Proficiency with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- A solid understanding of data privacy, data warehousing, and ETL principles.
- A solid grasp of basic statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression).
