Activities
- Conceive and execute the change management strategy for a major clinical transformation program
- Conduct an initial audit to assess organizational readiness and identify key change levers
- Design and deploy communication and training plans to support adoption of new tools and processes
- Produce impactful deliverables (e.g., video tutorials, communication assets, workshop materials)
- Lead and facilitate workshops with clinical teams to drive engagement and alignment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, R&D, Data, Quality) to ensure operational integration
- Provide hands-on support from strategy to delivery, with strong ownership of project scope
- Mentor junior team members and act as a point of leadership in a complex environment
- Challenge existing practices and proactively propose solutions aligned with transformation goals
About You

- Experience: 5–7 years in transformation and change management roles, ideally in clinical development or healthcare R&D environments. Proven experience leading similar digital or organizational transformation programs, with a strong ability to engage stakeholders and deliver tangible results. Experience working in matrixed and cross-functional environments is essential.
- Skills: Expertise in change management methodologies and organizational design. Deep understanding of clinical development processes and GCP requirements. Strong leadership and communication abilities, including facilitation and stakeholder engagement. Capable of producing high-impact deliverables (strategic plans, training materials, visual content). Comfortable navigating complex environments and bringing clarity to teams. Familiar with digital health tools, clinical trial platforms, and agile methodologies
- Education: Degree in Life Sciences, Project Management or related fields
- Languages: Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
