Overview: The Media & Advocacy executive plays a pivotal role in executing and managing digital media & advocacy programs at the local level in key social & OLV platforms: YouTube, TikTok & Instagram. This hands-on position requires a skilled professional with operational knowledge who can effectively build and nurture brand communities, localize global strategies, and drive meaningful connections with advocates. The role focuses on driving impactful local advocacy programs, equipping advocates with tailored tools and resources, and fostering authentic connections through strategic advocacy activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Media & PR (PRESTIGES)
- Assist the Media Manager on the implementation of the Digital Campaigns: assets approval, preparation, communication with the agency, and campaign follow up
- PR = Responsible for the translation & sending of press release and pre-series
- Assist & follow up the PR & Media expenses
2. Advocacy Program Localization & Execution
- Assist the Media Manager on the Influencers activations: profile approval, communication with the agency and campaign follow up
- Adapt and execute global advocacy strategies to fit local market dynamics, ensuring relevance to cultural nuances, consumer preferences, and regional trends.
- Develop localized advocacy activations, amplifying brand visibility and driving consumer loyalty.
- Share insights and results from local programs with global teams to inform and optimize broader advocacy strategies.
- Adapt global toolkits to provide advocates with actionable resources, including campaign messaging, brand storytelling guidelines, product highlights, and activation frameworks tailored to the local market.
- Ensure all advocacy materials empower advocates to communicate authentically, fostering engagement and brand affinity across their networks.
4. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track, analyze, and report on advocacy program performance using key metrics such as EMV (earned media value), engagement rates, and ROI.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize program execution, improve advocate engagement, and enhance the impact of local advocacy initiatives.
Profile description:
- Relevant Experience: a first experience in digital media, advocacy, influencer marketing, community management, or consumer engagement roles within luxury beauty, fashion, or premium lifestyle industries.
- Social Media knowledge: knowledge of the key platforms’ dynamics and latest evolution, primarily TikTok and Instagram. Strong social community management skills to drive brand love & business.
- Creative Briefing Expertise: ability to craft detailed creative briefs and adapt global assets into locally relevant, high-impact content.
- Operational Excellence: project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Analytical Skills: proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to optimize advocacy strategies, measure success, and drive results.
- Communication Strength: excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
- Cultural Awareness: understanding of local consumer behaviors, cultural trends, and market-specific nuances to tailor strategies effectively.
