Participating in regional and global projects We are looking for our new “Electric Maintenance Specialist” team member, who will work with us at our Amasya Factory.
Job Description
- Plan and execute maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting activities for all electrical equipment throughout the factory,
- Prepare and manage technical documentation for new equipment,
- Create and regularly update electrical schematics and technical data sheets for equipment,
- Ensure all electrical repairs and modifications are properly documented,
- Take an active role in the commissioning processes of new machines and equipment, including providing necessary technical training,
- Participate in investment, lean manufacturing, and automation projects related to electrical systems,
- Prepare, implement, and monitor shift schedules,
- Manage employee overtime, leave, and attendance processes,
- Conduct regular inspections and tests for fire alarm and fire extinguishing systems,
- Perform and report on grounding measurements and thermal camera inspections,
- Ensure regular inspections and maintenance of all electrical panels and battery systems within the facility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical-Electronics Engineering,
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance in a production/manufacturing environment,
- Knowledge of electrical diagrams, automation systems, and panel design,
- Experienced in energy monitoring and energy efficiency projects,
- Proficient in MS Office applications; preferably familiar with SAP, AutoCAD, Boysweb, etc.,
- Strong skills in team management, planning, reporting, and organization,
- Good understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Environmental, Quality, and Lean Management Systems,
- Willing and able to work in a shift-based system,
- Male candidates must have completed their military service,
- Residing in or able to reside in Amasya province.
