Marketing Executive (Maternity Cover) - Fixed Term 12 Month Contract
Reporting to: Head of Commercial

As a digital marketing executive at Paxport, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing communications and campaigns to increase our online presence and drive traffic to our website. As a versatile member of a small marketing team, you will be instrumental in achieving business objectives and effectively reaching our target audience. This role involves a broad range of marketing activities and requires close collaboration with the sales and support teams.

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for all external communications, utilising our marketing CRM and various marketing platforms. Develop and execute inclusive digital marketing campaigns across different digital mediums, establishing measurable KPIs.
Partner with product, sales and customer service teams to develop a unified and impactful marketing communications strategy.
Strategically manage digital campaigns, meticulously monitoring performance, analysing data, and providing informed, data-driven recommendations.
Key involvement in the Go To Market strategy, facilitating and governing all projects to ensure all responsibilities and deliverables are met to a timeline, along with coordinating and planning all the marketing activity associated.
Responsible for managing websites and social media channels. Optimise website performance, focusing on organic traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rates to enhance user experience and generate leads.
Manage marketing tools and systems for reporting and maintaining customer and lead databases.
Collaborate closely with the commercial team to provide essential sales support and tools, facilitating progress towards overall business development and account management objectives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and new growth opportunities.
Create and curate social media campaigns, including content creation, publishing, and community management.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns with A/B testing.
Analyse analytics and engagement metrics to measure campaign performance.
Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports to stakeholders.

Competencies
A passion for technology and a strong attention to detail.
2-3 years experience in B2B digital marketing.
Proficient in marketing automation tools, such as SugarCRM, HubSpot, Act-On etc.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, email marketing and social media.
A team player with excellent communication skills.
A willingness to develop into a diverse marketing role having a hand in all marketing activities.
Advantageous Skills and Experience
Knowledge of the travel industry
Experience with marketing automation tools Act-on, Sugar CRM and or Wordpress Elementor
