Mweb is looking to for a Customer Service Administrator who has an eagle-eye for detail, and is as methodical as a mathematician to join the Invoicing and Collections team.

This individual will not only being able to effectively handle the administration for customers, but they will also be able to comfortably liaise with them when required.

o Investigating and resolving discrepancies between customer billing and 3rd party billing

o Support Management with financial controls

o Accurately recording, updating and changing customer information on MWEB systems and applications (Completeness of Billing)

o Reconciliation of accounts

o Dealing with 3rd party suspensions and cancellations

o Any other billing and admin ad hoc functions

Skills and Competencies:

o Pro-active and committed

o Attention to detail

o Excellent organisational skills

o Strong administration skills are essential

o Must be confident and fast-paced

o Must have excellent numerical skills

o Must be able to think on his/her feet

o Be willing to get involved in other areas of business when required

o Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Qualifications

o Matric

o Computer Literate (MS Excel/MS Word and MS Outlook)

o Basic accounting knowledge would be advantageous

Experience:

o 3+ years billing or accounting experience

o Administration experience is a highly recommended
