Job Description
Ensures that his crew is educated with the HSE rules and fully comply with them.
Assist the Section Head in every aspect.
Track progress, prepare daily/weekly site reports, and update project management
Ensures availability of drawings, information availability of materials.
Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and conduct regular site safety inspections.
Checks the work of the construction team.
Follows up the test and inspection schedule.
Ensure that the works are performed at the required quality standards.
Performs any other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's in civil engineering
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience handling concrete works, marine work experience will be advantage (i.e. experience in breakwater, port construction, quay wall and caisson).
Knowledge of Civil construction methods and standards
Experience in 1st tier international contractors
Experience of large (above $ 120M) EPC project (marine project will be an added advantage).
Understanding of HSE and PTW systems
Good command (written & oral) of English language
Good communication and team coordination skills
