- Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue, secure new business, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and invoicing.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor your team to achieve operational excellence.
