Job Description
Our Commercial Graduate Programme gives you a first-class platform to launch your surveying career and complete the RICS APC (Assessment of Professional Competence). You will build breadth and judgment through two business rotations. This is open to both cognate and non-cognate students.
Typical rotations may include Business Space, Valuation, Agency, Capital Markets, Agency, Property & Asset Management, Occupier Services, Lease Advisory and Residential.
You will have a structured programme including an APC counsellor, technical workshops and regular mock interviews.
Responsibilities Include
- Professional Work: You willsupport inspections, research and clear reports that meet RICS/Colliers standards. You will be expected to log competencies and progress your APC with guidance from your APC counsellor.
- Client Contact: You will be a key point of contact, keeping clients and client coordinators updated. You should expect calls, meetings and occasional site visits as relationships grow.
- Commercial Awareness: You will get insight on how a fee-earning team runs by getting involved on tracking pipelines, understanding scope and spotting ways to add value. You will have the opportunity to share ideas that improve how we work.
- Business Development: You will help bring our story to life in pitches, from market insight to polished slides. You will seek opportunities to develop new business, including cross-selling.
Location

Qualifications
- Degree 2:2 or above. If your undergraduate degree is not RICS accredited, you will need to complete a MSc alongside the graduate programme.
- GCSEs English and Maths at grade 4 / C or above (or equivalent).
- Right to work in the UK for the duration of the programme beginning September 2026. Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role.
- Clear written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and an analytical mindset with sound numeracy.
- Prioritisation and time management skills to successfully balance competing priorities and ensure work is completed in a timely manner.
- A proactive team player who takes ownership, seeks feedback and grows with us.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
