Your career at Deutsche Börse GroupYour area of work As an Executive Development Intern (f/w/d), you will be part of our Executive Development team and will have the chance to gain insights and hands-on experience in global talent management practices in an innovative market infrastructure provider and international exchange organisation. You will have the opportunity to support our senior leadership development program and bring value to global initiatives like succession planning. Moreover, you will collaborate with various teams to enhance development opportunities, streamline processes, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Your responsibilities: - You assist in the planning, coordination and implementation of our Senior Leadership Program (e.g. preparation of training modules, including logistical tasks like travel planning)
- You support the continuous development of the program by gathering feedback, researching best practices and providing recommendations
- You address questions and concerns from leaders and provide them guidance throughout their program
- You maintain program documentation, including participant lists, schedules and feedback
- In addition, you contribute to process improvements related to talent management, succession planning and support ad hoc tasks and projects in the area of Executive Development
- Furthermore, you work closely with HR Business Partners and other relevant stakeholders ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration
Your profile: - You are currently enrolled in a bachelor or master's degree program (preferably in Business, Human Resources, or related fields). We also offer the possibility of an orientation internship, whereby you are currently in a gap-year after your bachelor's or master's degree in the above-mentioned fields of study - in this case, a certificate of enrolment is not required
- You have a strong interest in talent development
- You are very proactive, organized and able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
- You are able to work both independently and as part of a team
- You have good working proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Additionally, you have strong communication skills in English, German is a plus
