Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP Source-to-Pay (S2P) Lead to drive complex global S/4HANA transformation initiatives. In this role, you will act as the trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring end-to-end delivery of S2P solutions that align with business goals, compliance requirements, and industry best practices. You will lead functional teams, influence stakeholders at all levels, and play a critical role in shaping procurement and supply chain transformation journeys.
What you will be doing:
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of S/4HANA S2P processes across global business units.
- Drive workshops with senior business stakeholders to define requirements, map processes, and align with best practices.
- Translate complex business needs into robust SAP solutions covering Procurement, Supplier Management, Invoicing, and Contract Management.
- Provide strategic guidance on SAP S/4HANA adoption, integration, and roadmap planning for S2P.
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality project delivery within time and budget.
- Collaborate with technical teams on solution design, system integration, and data migration.
- Ensure solutions meet GxP / regulatory compliance standards (particularly in Life Sciences or highly regulated environments).
- Act as escalation point for problem resolution and critical design decisions.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience as an SAP Consultant, with a focus on S/4HANA S2P processes.
- Proven track record of leading full-cycle global SAP implementations and rollouts.
- Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA MM and related modules (e.g., Ariba, Fieldglass, VIM, SRM).
- Proven experience with HP ALM
- Experience with Data Migration of S2P Objects (E.g. Contracts, Open PO, Purchase Info Records)
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional and offshore teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.
- Hands-on problem-solving ability combined with strategic thinking.
- Experience in Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical industry (obligatory).
- Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
