Job Description
Reporting to our Senior Treasurer Director and working with theDeputy Treasurer at The Brandtech Group, you will help to transform Treasury operations through process streamlining policy compliance, technology integration, and analytical oversight. You will help with future operational efficiency, effective risk management, and alignment with corporate and regulatory requirements, while supporting continuous improvement and group-wide harmonisation, particularly about TMS implementation and FOREX management
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Analyse and optimise Treasury workflows to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and opportunities for automation or standardisation.
- Enhance transactional speed, accuracy, and internal controls through process improvements.
- Desing, deploy and Support the implementation and optimisation of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and ensuring integration with ERP and group reporting platforms.
- Help to lead automation and the use of digital tools to improve payment processing, reporting, and control activities.
- Work with banking partners to implement a FOREX management process.
- Be a lead or core contributor on change management projects to align and update Treasury operations with central and organisational strategies.
- Be a bridge between Jellyfish Treasury operations and Brandtech Central Treasury, promoting harmonisation and best practices.
- Work across departments (Treasurer, finance, Central Treasury, departments) to help identify and deliver process standardisation and improvement opportunities.
- Lead training for Treasury staff in new processes, systems, and compliance guidelines.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to measure process efficiency, Treasury performance, and workflow quality.
- Deliver regular and ad hoc analysis to Treasury leadership, identifying trends, forecasting needs, and supporting decision-making.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, and Treasury qualification is required.
- 5–7 years of experience in Treasury consulting, finance, or process improvement, with preference for backgrounds in centralised or hybrid Treasury environments.
- Demonstrated expertise with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and ERP software with a record of successful technology integration projects.
- Strong project management and analytical skills, including a background in process mapping, documentation, and control design.
- Advanced proficiency in data modelling and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial analysis software and business intelligence/reporting tools.
- Experience with cash management, liquidity planning, financial risk mitigation, and compliance procedures.
- Experience working collaboratively across decentralised and centralised organisational structures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to deliver training and present findings to senior management.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability.
- Experience with similar Treasury projects involving system implementation and process enhancement.
