Job Description
As the Account Management Manager, you will be responsible for leading and scaling our account management team in Turkey. This role focuses on building and strengthening long-term relationships with our restaurant partners, driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring the delivery of best-in-class service. You will oversee the strategic development of accounts, design data-driven growth plans, and lead a high-performing team to exceed business objectives. The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and expand key relationships with restaurant partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and sustainable business growth.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve ambitious revenue and engagement targets.
- Conduct regular business reviews with top partners, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and create tailored growth strategies.
- Negotiate commercial terms, commission rates, and promotional opportunities to maximize partner and company profitability.
- Oversee account performance metrics, ensuring compliance with operational standards and high-quality execution.
- Drive restaurant digitalization efforts (online payment solutions, optimized menus, content updates, and marketing campaigns).
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Ensure timely and high-quality execution of campaigns, promotions, and partner activations in collaboration with internal teams.
Collaboration
- Act as the senior point of contact for key accounts, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Logistics, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations to deliver partner success.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and execute large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Provide structured feedback and market insights to product and strategy teams, influencing the direction of new initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 6–8 years of proven experience in Account Management, Key Account Management, or B2B Sales, preferably in F&B, e-commerce, FMCG, or related sectors.
- Minimum 3 years of team leadership experience, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and drive decisions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Salesforce or other CRM systems is an advantage.
- Adaptability, resilience, and a hands-on approach in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English.
