About the role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Global Finance Manager to join our high-performing finance team. This is a high-impact role responsible for delivering insight-driven management accounting, leading budgeting and forecasting across regions, and acting as a key business partner to senior leaders across the globe.
You will play a vital role in supporting data-led decision-making, optimising performance, and driving strategic initiatives - all while ensuring continuity and stability across our international finance function during this critical period.
What you'll do
Support VP of Accounting with a solid global corporate controllership close, Financial Reporting deliverables, audits, compliance, internal controls, team & system financeEnsure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cyclesDrive the global deliverables for the external audit processOversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets and general accounting across the Group Interpret and apply changes to financial reporting standardsDesign, implement, and monitor internal controls to ensure data integrityWork with the internal assurance function to support on controllership transformation objectivesEnsure adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirements for internal control over accounting and financial reportingManage and develop finance and accounting staffOversee finance systems and lead improvements or implementations with project managers
What you'll need
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or international equivalent)Proven experience in a senior finance role within a multinational or large international group, ideally have worked at one of the Big 4 consulting firmsStrong technical accounting and controllership expertise, including consolidationsControllership compliance best practicesHighly analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially awareSkilled communicator and collaborator with the ability to influence across cultures and time zonesComfortable working independently and managing complex projects to deadlinesProficiency in financial systems (e.g., NetSuite) and advanced ExcelExperience working in a scale up and transformation environment

Prior involvement in business transformation, M&A, or systems implementationKnowledge of international tax and transfer pricing
