The Finance Manager role is responsible to ensure financial deadlines are met by ensuring all accounting transactions are properly accounted and solving any transactional accounting related issues or problems
The Finance Manager is an onsite role located in Göteborg and has a possibility to work at home once a week.
What will you do :
· Supervise and oversee the daily operations as well as general ledger activities
· Manage accounting functions and preparation of reports and statistics detailing financial results
· Manage cost allocation and stock calculation
· Establishes and maintains accounting practices to ensure accurate and reliable data necessary for business operations
· Oversees budgets and cost controls, financial analysis
· Analyzes and interprets financial data and recommends changes to improve systems and financial performance
· Work closely with Head of Finance in France and other departments, such as logistics and productions to ensure accurate operating expense reporting and identifying efficient business operations
· Coordinate and facilitate the annual audit process with external auditors.
· Acts as a liaison between the company, Skatteverket and auditors providing the required information and ensuring that proper information is maintained for historical purposes
· VAT declaration
· Payroll verification and social charge declaration
· On-bording and off bording staff administration
· This position has supervisory responsibilities
The position may also direct the activities of the management information systems function.
