THE ROLE
We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our Go-to-Market Finance team in Prague. You'll be the primary finance business partner for Partner Marketing and Global Events, combining your financial expertise with process leadership to optimize marketing investments. This highly visible and strategic role will focus on improving financial processes and delivering data-driven insights to help the business make smarter decisions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Act as the lead Finance Business Partner for Partner Marketing and Global Events, providing strategic guidance and ROI analysis to inform investment decisions and drive business growth.
- Manage financial planning cycles, including close, forecasting, and annual operating plans, delivering insightful variance analysis and clear, executive-ready reporting.
- Champion continuous improvement of the sponsorship revenue process and partner marketing funds, ensuring compliance and maximizing the return on strategic investments.
- Develop and automate key financial reports and dashboards using data visualization tools to provide scalable, standardized insights for FP&A, Marketing, and Sales leadership.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Procurement, and Operations to streamline day-to-day finance processes and ensure strong financial governance.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Proven experience in FP&A or finance business partnering, with a focus on delivering actionable insights on program ROI and spend efficiency.
- Strong analytical and business modeling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-level summaries and recommendations.
- A track record of success in enhancing and automating financial processes, including experience with data analysis and visualization tools like SQL, Snowflake, or Tableau.
- The ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and excellent communication skills for building strong partnerships with cross-functional teams.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague, Czech Republic office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
